Not many homeowners realize that cleaning your windows is a two-fold effect. You will get nice clean windows and you will also help protect the investment of your windows and the seals by having them cleaned 2-4 times per year. (once a season is best)

The price is determined by a few factors and what service you need. Most of our customers choose the exterior window cleaning service. Avg Home is $250 -$350 However, we can provide you with interior cleaning service as well. Of course our estimate is built on how many windows and how many stories your home has. We also offer screen cleaning service. (Recommended once a year)

This answer is really based on the level of service we will be providing. Usually a tech will be out for 1-3hrs for service.

For our exterior only clean it isn't required that the homeowner is present.

Most of the time all we need is to make sure the animals are put up and the gate is unlocked. For interior window cleaning we ask that the home owner make sure the tech has a clear area to work around the inside window area. Often times No prep is needed. For 2nd/ 3rd Floor The screens must be removed from the inside (by the home owner if no inside access) and the windows shut.
